Now that they mentioned it, the iPhone 3G does feel warm sometimes... I wonder if I should file a complaint...

He stole a key, broke into someone's quarters, and stole that someone's belongings. Why not press charges?

I wonder how his skateboard steers and stops, as it seems to be twice as wide as the ones guys usually use to jump during late nights infront of stations.

I just hope he won't need charity after that ride.

I gave their patent a glance (really long to read without falling asleep). Patent seem to have been filed in 2005, and there seem to be some similiarities. If the Wii somehow has "patent pending" on it, they may be in for a fight. Maybe they're late in suing because the patent was only approved last year.

What happens when applicances get recylced? Recycle = reuse, right? Then why do we have to pay them to do it?

Why don't they remove the restriction to foreigners without 27 months free on their visas not having to buy the phone outright for 80,000yen.

That would help a lot of people who wants to buy, but also a number of would-be scammers. The real reason, I believe is how the iPhone is so different compared to typical Japanese keitai.
