In the states if it is a local ticket it is not an admission of guilt to sign, it is signing a notice to appear. If you are out of state, it is a headache!

Sad that a kid so young would take their own life... Makes me think that Japan needs an "It gets better" campaign.
At the same time I wonder if it does get better for those who are bullied...as I still see adults that bully coworkers.

I always worry about tag lines like "proceeds will go to..."
This is often after everyone takes a cut. I want ALL SALES to go to the aid. The music labels should donate their time and money to the cause just as they expect the people who buy.
