Welcome to Japan. Cute is the only thing that matters here, or hasn't anyone else noticed??
Posted in: We could afford to feed people for a decade on what these koalas cost every year. I know koalas are cute, but this recession is hurting. The money should be spent on people in need.

I'm afraid not. Once again poor reporting skills. The man killed was the brother of a Hells Angels member. The deceased was not a member himself.
Do you guys actually do any research or do you just make this stuff up??

Wrong yet again Japan!! The best way is to change the way it is taught. I can eat anything, but some things I don't like. Learn how to teach the fundamentals properly for the first time, and people might actually improve. Listen to native speakers and actually get the students to speak it themselves, not just listen and write, and then hope they can speak English!!!
Posted in: The most effective method for students to cultivate English pronunciation and listening skills is via speaking and body language of assistant language teachers. If the classes are badly managed by inexperienced teachers, students will come to hate English.

Japan could learn a valuable lesson here. It cries when it's imports to the US are down, but it's own country's system is so over regulated, it is almost impossible for foreign companies to set up shop here. I hope Japan is listening.

Japan still has capital punsihment, just like Japan's master, the United States. Hitting prepares humans for the reality of life. Do something wrong and you will be hurt.

Littleboy point taken. Good information. However, the was only one Korea until a certain country invaded. I feel it's Japan's paranoia rather than any real threat as to the real danger of NK.
The person who did this is free and was actively walking around Japan, showing her face on TV last week. I guess Japan can't have too much of a grudge to allow that to happen.

NK has never attacked Japan in the past. Why would they start now? What could they possibly gain? I think there is a lot of fuss about nothing.

I disagree. Had it not been for the United States Korea would have been a unified country.

Why is NK so bad? Who did they attack in the last 50 years? Who has America attacked in the last 50 years? It doesnt look so fair in my eyes. One set of rules for one country and another set of rules for America.

Yeah they dream of every city being more beautiful than their own. Welcome to reality Japanese people!
Posted in: When I first arrived at Roissy airport, it was a shock to me, because Japanese people always dream of Paris as being a beautiful city.
