if you legalize one drug, you have to legalize them all; wouldn't want to look like a hypocrite. Plus marijuana is not the only drug of choice in most cases. A lot of the drug lords are getting into crystal meth and ultra-mixed cocaine and heroin. If you legalize drugs, it will be harder to regulate and it won't stop these guys from making drugs. No society has prospered from drugs, it has only made it worse. Many countries in Europe have legalized different drugs before with disastrous results. The US should never make the same mistakes.

Many deployments have General Order 1 stating sex, drugs, alcohol, and pornography to name a few are not allowed during their tour of duty. There are some exceptions to the rules from base to base but in Iraq and Afghanistan, you can not have sex even if you are married. I have been deployed with a guy who had his wife deployed at the same location. They could see each other but they couldn't have sex (to anyone’s knowledge anyways). The fact is the rules are in place so that the mission comes first, not personal interests or pleasures. There are times where people can partake in their own free time but the reason people are there is to complete the mission whatever that may be.
A woman getting pregnant is a violation of General Order 1 that is ordered by the base commander mind you. If a woman is pregnant, it pretty obvious that she has been having sex. I believe a court-martial is pretty strong of a punishment but I have seen a ton of Article 15s under the UCMJ given out because of the violation. If the woman becomes pregnant, she is not fit for duty and will be sent back to her home command where she will be dealt with in accordance to the UCMJ. The man who had sex with the woman will also get an Article 15 and more punishment for the violation. I have seen people get kicked out of the service for this but not solely for being pregnant, more of a chain of events that led up to the GO1 violation.

Under tort law, these two had to help this women because of their EMT certification. If they had given this women medical treatment even though they might have not had any medical equipment, they would still be protected under the good samaritian law and other laws with the guidance of their medical training. If they had helped the women without any malpractice, negligence, or ommision then they would not be liable for her death. Because they did nothing, they should never be able to work in the medical field again. This is a prime example of people not wanting to do their job when they are medically trained to do so.
I am an EMT and a Firefighter and I have used my training to help other in distress. I have never once been punished for helping people, I have had quite the opposite. If you have all of the training and the good will to help which most people who enter the medical field have, there is nothing wrong with using your knowledge and training to help people who do need it. As long as you go by your training and never harm the patient, you will never get punished.

Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are the three martial arts that I believe are the most effective.
Krav Maga is for the purpose of protecting you from not just one person but a gang of opponents. Krav Maga has a more defensive posture with the intent to strike others when they are on the attack. Its a very good martial arts when you are trying to get out of the situation than to stand your ground.
Jeet Kune Do is the ultimate MMA that included many aspects of different martial arts and to be free from one style of arts or teachings. It gave you the freedom to learn what you felt was important in that certain martial arts and to build on to the other styles. It was never a set style, just a martial arts to make a superior foundation.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is in it's own league. Even though it's more of a one on one style of martial arts, it can also teach you how to break your opponent without having to throw one punch. Learn this martial arts also help you get a better chance of pinning the person for you to easily punch the guy into oblivion (like the crucifix position). Its also a style that can choke out the other person in a matter of seconds. I think this is a very good style to learn because most fights that I have been in were more one on one than a gaggle of people. Other situations like the gang of people usually gives you a window to flee than fight. These martial arts were made for the purpose of fighting when there is no other way out of the situation.

The only reason there is a drop is because there isnt anything new or worth buying as of right now. The sales will sky rocket when a few new franchise games come out like Diablo 3, MoH5, Rainbow 6, and many others.

We already tried Universal Health Care in the US and it was in Obama's state. Hawaii stopped the plan in just 7 months due to the cost it was going to take to pay for the plan. Keiki Care was only covered for kids and just that small portion of people signing up for the plan were engulfing a majority of the budget spending.

If the Hawaiian State Government couldn't take care of a Universal Health Care plan just for the thousands of kids in Hawaii, how can the US Government run a Universal Health Care plan for 300+ million people?

I don think they should go per se but I do believe that we do need to cut a bunch of land that those bases never use. Some of that land on base are 2-4 football fields long and wide sometimes and its just grass. All of the bases on the main land are very well planned and still have enough space to feel like the US. Okinawan bases are so spread apart, you can put all of the main land bases just inside Kadena AB.
Cut a good amount of the space on the bases and things would be better.

I believe if they made this tournament more towards the begining of the MLB Season, more American players (and other nationals) would play. The fact that most of the MLB players and American fans were concentrating more on the MLB season in the states, the WBC was on the back burner to their real career. Just like the Olympic basketball team, Americans have the choice out of a lot of players to play but only a few say yes. It doesn't mean the players on the American team are the best in America, it means those players on the field are the ones that said yes. It has the potential but it will be more like soccer(football) to the mindset of Americans.
Japan and Korea brought their best players but Japan had the better game. They've proven that they are the best.
