Come to think of it even flying naked would not be safe. Imagine using a terrorist's body as the carrier of a deadly virus, like ebola. Get on a long flight before symptoms start showing and let the cramp cabin and re-circulated air do the rest.

"...... there are studies by the German ADAC, which clearly show that it is best to avoid warming up the engine by idling and standing and instead one should start driving." Really? I used to own a VW (German car) and lived in a place where it could get really cold in the winter. If I did not start my car and warm it up for 10 minutes, I couldn't even push the gear stick down to put the car in reverse. No heating system on my car's engine and I carry two sets of keys.
The drunk guy probably thought the idling car was his own car.

My understanding is that if a lay person with no medical background tries to help an injured or sick stranger on the street and that person dies, the lay person is shielded from lawsuits; however, it would be different if the person who renders aids has medical trainning. Is this correct?
Perhaps the two EMTs were worried about being sued if something went wrong.
Or may be they were on an unauthorized coffee break and didn't want to get into trouble for staying away from their station too long.
So many questions but so little information.

If he doesn't know the difference between a bank and an investment bank and lump them all together, then he should just shut up.
The banking industry in the U.S. is one of the most heavily regulated industry. I know because I have been in banking for 24 years, half the time as a federal bank regulator and half as a banker.
This whole mess we are in now is directly and indirectly caused by the government and it goes a long way back, but of course politicians will always try to blame someone else. BTW, I am neither pro or against President Obama, but I found these rescue plans that the government is coming up with are poorly thought out and create new messes of their own.
