Producers are definitely playing the right card by having Kuroki Meisa. Now if she can just learn to how to act and speak some English and get some silicon in certain areas, she could be a future Bond girl.

That's great! Japanese artists are very talented and it's nice to see they have an avenue to spread their work.

Just checked out the website. It touts "New York comfort food." As a former New Yorker, I'll the the judge of that. Prices are reasonable by Tokyo standards. Not the sexiest of locations, though. Still, might pop in to check out the ladies in business suits. Always had a thing for that.

I like the name of the Jets cheerleading "crew." Maybe they should be given uniforms that resemble flight attendants. That'll get the Japanese men cheering.

The most absurd company regulation I ever had - deliver that pizza in 30 minutes or less!

MYRB2011 - Sorry, what do you mean "30 is her milestone?"

She'll still look the same well into her 40s or even 50s. 60s is when I'll start losing interest.

Novenachama - once a cheater, always one. I find out someone's been "dancing with another partner," then she's out of my life for good. And I agree with tokyotom - not a bit of sympathy for Maki Mizuno. She should have been intelligent enough to realize that politicians are the least trustworthy of them all, but she decided to roll the dice, and they came up snake eyes.

And a word for wives out there, Google "Malaysia obedient wives" and you'll see why guys cheat.

That's some serious eye candy, from the neck up. Not the most flattering shot if you're trying to de-emphasize the area between their armpits.

The author of this book gives an interview on NPR's Fresh Air program. Check it out. I was riveted at the possibilities.

Curious as to why this is news when there are so many throughout Japan each day.

Big snore-fest, this article. A skill I teach in academic reading is "skimming," and I did it in about 2 seconds for this drivel.

Pizza is the best food on the planet, next to buffalo wings. Dominoes ain't the tastiest (I used to deliver for them in the States - there's a reason why they taste like cardboard), but it's a nice option on a rainy Saturday evening.

You'd think people in Japan would be a little more caring, etc., in light of the recent events. Responsibility for this falls straight on the absent parents.

Only thing I ever found as a kid was a ninja star. A grenade would have been so much cooler, I think.
