Hell yeah, if somebody decided to put and end to own existence in your apartment its value disintegrates so badly it will be off the market. permanently. it doesn't matter if it's a studio in a village in Hokkaido or a penthouse in motoazabu hills.
I'd be demanding a large payout if somebody deliberately kicked the bucket on my property.

Yeah, I was looking at the previous generation Fuga 450GT Sport package, but settled for a 370GT Skyline Coupe instead.
But Fuga's are damn nice, definitely giving BMW a run for their money. I wish they'd bring the 5.6 V8 to Japan.
