In New Jersey there is no tax on furniture and clothes whereas in New York it is close to 9% so the New Yorkers shop for clothes,etc. in New Jersey!

Scrote- I have a permanent resident visa and I still need to get a re-entry visa every three years, so sorry that you won't be able to get a re-entry visa every 5 years.
