What a "croque"! Of course room service is going to be expensive but why bother. I was just there last year and never paid more than five euros for sandwiches at bakeries etc.

Most of you should be ashamed. At least wait until the show has aired AND you have watched it before you start complaining about it.

At least she didn't pull out a gun.
On the other hand, so much for Japan's "orderly society" myth.

Ms Feinemen, in my opinion, makes too many assumptions about the couple. Unless she is directly involved with the couple and their history, she has no authority to accurately assess their situation or background.
While the public outburst is regrettable and would make most people feel uncomfortable, I feel that the letter is too sanctimonious. I'm sure if we all look back at our time in Japan, we can all find situations where we have behaved poorly and caused negative feelings for those around us regardless of their nationality.
This is just my opinion.

Unfortunate, but correct me if I'm wrong...we have all done stupid things when we were young. She took the risk and paid the ultimate price. I feel sorry for the dead girl's friend who has to deal with this for the rest of her life.
@my2sense - This has nothing to do with race/genetics, just foolish youth (IMHO).

IMHO, that was probably the most down-to-earth interview with a Japanese actor I have ever read.
@n3312 - Good observation on the pic.

I am fortunate that my Japanese ex-wife had the wisdom to realize that our children need to see me on a regular basis. (We negotiated our own divorce and I have weekly visits which I cherish.) I feel for those fathers that have had their children taken away from them in a system that regards the father as disposable. However I agree with Disillusioned, be careful what you wish for.

I can't believe I read this. Is this what passes for entertainment news now?
I mean really...inspired by a car?!? This reeks of unabashed product placement.
Nothing but vapid drivel. Must be a slow news day for the entertainment desk.
