Never have visited Nagasaki, but after visiting Hiroshima I didn't feel so bad. The city was focused on building war ships. Most people there worked for companies that built ships for the war. A legitimate target for the weapon. Now that said, which would have been better? hours and hours…

Mukogaokayuen, 20 minutes from Shinjuku, has many more old buildings in their museum. Gifu is too far. Check it out. Odakyu line. It's wonderful.
