Friendships here are all superficial. Western to Japanese are often superficial. Who really has a friend here that do ANYTHING for you in time of need. When all your friends are only drinking buddies, which is the basics of Japanese friendship, real friends are hard to find. Superficial country with superficial relationships. A country of not telling anything too direct. Just see the reaction to someone if you ask them what they did on the weekend in your office. (to your friend.) They will roll their eyes. Japanese can't be friends with each other. They never learned how to play together.

Apple. Just they are clueless about partnering with a company that has good service. Singapore wouldn't sell iPhone's unless there was competition amongst the carriers. Seems the US, Japan.... the large corporate economies don't really believe in competition as they signed exclusivity deals. No competition means no improvement. Economics 101.

Hoofin... your comment is non comprehendable.
As for limboinjapan, If I paid yearlly it would be even cheaper. I am copying the quote from Global health care. I have used them for 13 years. International Schools Plan Gold: Payment 1. 03 Jul. 2009 - USD 381.75 Payment 2. 03 Oct. 2009 - USD 381.75 Payment 3. 03 Jan. 2010 - USD 381.75 Payment 4. 03 Apr. 2010 - USD 381.75 So.... 381.75 * 4 = 1527.00 USD or 127.25 USD a month. 100% coverage included (plus 10%) Dude if you don't believe who really cares. I have no reason to lie. I don't work for them. I only have used them for years and years. Why would I signup for Japanese crap when I get 100% coverage at half the price.

They are blaming all their problems on foreigners, i.e. they are banning most foreigners from the sport. (announced last week, 1 foreigner per stable and if the foreigner becomes Japanese, they still count as a foreigner) so the old story of you will never be Japanese, even if you take citizenship, is correct. What a racist and sexist sport. Why western companies support them? Time to take the high road. Stop supporting the sport who really doesn't want it.

Hoofin, Never been turned away. Pay with credit card and before the bill is due the payment is made. Global Health Care, if you talk to them, will make sure you are covered. Even use it at small local clinics. Pay 100% with a credit card and then get reimbursed within 10 days. I even get DENTAL. (co-pay of 25% which is still better than the Japan 30%) Dental 1275.00USD a year, and heath In-Patient and Daycare Treatment paid in full, overall policy up to 1,700,000 US$ per year. Even pays for my remains, if I were to die here, to be shipped home. interglobalpmi.com

I pay 12,700 yen a month with Global Health Care. 100% coverage including Medicine. If a close family member dies I get a paid trip home for the funeral and for an extra 14,000 yen a Year, 8,000,000 in life insurance to cover me if I die here and need to get repatriated. Top that Japanese health insurance and I will switch to your Japanese scheme.

In Japan people still think they are healthy. You can even smoke in hospital rooms. So, yes. I do support lawsuits to bankrupt this sick legal drug. All natural or nothing. Grow it yourself.

and it ranks as one of the most expensive. Also way too much walking. Why do we need to get re-screened every time we pass through. Japanese like touching us foreigners? Needs a ton more electric walkways and they need to go alot faster. They move almost the same speed of someone walking slow. What's the point? Also wouldn't you think that at an International airport they would hire people who speak understandable English. Couldn't understand what the girl was saying. Took 3 people to figure it out. Sad airport. I think Japanese should do better...

bobobolinski, yes totally. Get fired from your company and get unemployment benefit's after 7 days. Quit and wait 90 days. This for many is a great way to travel around Japan and still get paid. about 70% of your monthly salary. So, yes! Japan is all about paying off people.

After Japan started WW2 in the pacific, which Japanese thinking America did, they lost. America won. Shut up. Your leaders screwed your country when they attacked Hawaii. America wrote your Constitution, forbid you to have a military, and for the most part setup a system to keep Japan politically weak, i.e. the Prime Minster changes every few months. The only reason American even deals with Japan is location and the bases are quite nice. Japanese make good workers. Some of the nicest service I get is on base. Okinawa gets a ton of money from this. Housing costs that equal Tokyo for 1. If they don't want American bases there, well tough. We are there because we want to be.

should get more. 1.2 million for a sport that supposed to be a national sport. Some third rate baseball players get that in the US. Should be a disgrace that it is only so little.
