    My boy could have easily climbed a 1.2 metre balcony railing when he was three! and he's not big at all, just a climber. He could quite easily unlock doors at three years old as well. Best to not play the blame game on this one, the grandma and the parents are going through eneogh at the moment!! And you can be assured that they will be asking the (what if) question for the rest of thier lives-no need to fuel the fire. RIP Little one.

    go look at the japanese coastline its wall-to-wall concrete along with most of the rivers

    The concrete is there to preserve the coastline! The concrete bordering the rivers is to protect the rivers! The concrete on the mountains etc is to protect the population from landslides! The Tuna are there to feed the people who hunt or buy them! It's not rocket science! It's life!

    Can anyone here please explain to me, how you're driving along - hit an old woman(whose head goes through your windscreen!!) and proceed to drive(for 7 km) home. Talk about headcases!!(Pardon the pun)
