the article doesn't say how the police learned of the crime. also, i'd be interested to know why the mother didn't sell herself instead.

i'm surprised the story of the chiba cop doin'drugs in his squad car hasn't broken yet. as well, on TBS news they broadcasted the results of a former MPD officer who was arrest for shaking down sex shops for money. in general, a badge, is like a license to do whatever you want. until you get caught by a decent cop, you and your chronies are free to act with immunity. think of serpico.

i was watchin'the news this morning and it said a j-cop was arrested for using drugs, with a woman he knows, in his squad car. it was in japanese so, i'm a little sketchy on the details, but i think she got pinched and ratted him out. the funny part is, he's 43 years old and she's 48. it seems that as j-cops grow older, they don't seem to get any wiser. 1) if you're gonna get high, don't do it in your squad car. 2) don't get high with a snitch. 3) disavow any knowledge of said snitch.
last week, a j-cop tried to nanpa a university girl. when she rejected him, he jacked her in the face. his defense? drunkenness! man, are they even embarassed by these guys?
hmm ... this up-the-skirt guy's kinda dumb. as someone else noted earlier, there are whole sections of the local video store which have 100s of titles devoted to this kinda thing. why bother to make your own, amateur stuff? gettin'pinched, man? you're a cop ... sheez! man, they teach you how to avoid gettin'busted in the academy. mus'be a rookie!

well done mushroomcloud. yours was the only reasoned/articulate/objctive response to the question. not that i agree with you on all the points but, i respect the balance of your considerations.

follow him back to his hideout/lair and the call the media from my mobile phone to negotiate the price. once i've collected my money, fade into thin air and let the media deal with the cops. safely, contentedly spend my ill-gotten gains @ RAKUTEN's website or Seijo Ishii.

q: Will new executive pay rules cause a brain drain?
a: no. because executives have no brains (and no hearts) there's nothing to drain. next question, please.
over-paid scheisters who eat (more than their fare share) and run. why don't they get real jobs, and contribute like normally-salaried people?

i'd be more supportive of china, if they'd a) stop selling weapons in civil unrest hotspots in africa and b)their immigration officers stopped throwing african visa-overstayers from 2nd-storey windows onto their heads.
