    Sounds like sensationalism, to me...

    @ recherche88:

He seems to be suggesting there is no limiting principle if you extend the traditional definition of marriage.

    Exactly!

    This isn't a shocking opinion.

As Disney is all about maximizing profit by maximizing make-believe, this should be no surprise. Nor are the "weddings" legally recognized. Bottom line - who cares. Zippadeedoodah.

    Everybody: Zippidee-ay. My-oh-my what a wonderful day...

Researchers are paid to research. It is a job, like anything else, and money changes everything.

Constant, unrelenting doomsday headlines, spouted by researchers with agendas, are like flies you can't swat.

So rather than to become rattled, edgy, and nervous every time you read yet another frightening-yet-ridiculous headline, try this:

    Replace "researchers" with "carnival barkers".

Queue Barnum and Bailey's 3 Ring Circus music, in your head, while reading...

This puts things in proper perspective.

    Step right up.

This is almost a planting seeds on the soil and watering them, so that these trees will produce fruits in the future

Babies are human beings, not plants. They require love to thrive, not just maintenance.

The government sees economic benefit from having women go into the workforce

And children being warehoused is just collateral damage.

When its good, its really good. But when its bad its scary.

Since most are filled, imagine the children who are "stuck" in "scary". They have NO VOICE.

    But whatever, right?

It's all about women's right to work, and govt.'s "right" to their tax money.

Man looks in the abyss, there's nothing staring back at him. At that moment man finds his character. And that is what keeps him out of the abyss.

I want today's women to equally forge their own paths in life, free to make personal choices without feeling that they have to fit into a particular mold.

And you're giving the world your permission, are you?

Yet the people in the photo seem oblivious, of each others' existence...

Should they be staring at each other?

    Whatever, Wakarimasen...

Big cities need more free and open spaces for the people, with plenty of greenery and shade for the summer.

    Agree. That's one crowded park.
