Unfortunately with my experience working at a Japanese school I couldn't tell which was bullying and which wasn't. They always said they were just playing... even the one I thought was being bullied.

I was actually living in Matsudo at the time this happened. The next day on my way to school our teachers were on the street corners directing the kids to school. They had people everywhere looking for this kid. Also anyone who says he should die because he wants to kill someone you're just as bad as him.
