True. They are whaling for scientific purposes. But are they doing scientific research on the hundreds of whales they catch? Highly unlikely. Maybe a few and then the remaining hits the market for consumption. Perhaps monitoring human cunsumption of whale meat is considered "scientific research" and that`s how they get away with it. Hope Australia is successful.

Why is this junk being printed in magazines? She
s just firing up the whole issue. Fighting in public using profanity and directing it at your wife (or husband) isnt a good thing but did he do it for no reason? Women do know how to fire men up. Women can be very controlling so if they try to control the wrong guy an earful will be headed their way. Unfortunate situation but people already have one boss and don`t need another. Anyway, the true details are not available so hopefully this couple worked it out.Posted in: Dear Angry Western Guy

The police once again twiddled their thumbs when the mother informed them of her husband
s abuse. He was abusing his child too. Wow! Ridiculous. They need to do their job properly. As for the boy, not the right kind of action to take but if people are in desperate situations theyll do desperate things. Hopefully, he can be calmed down and this doesn`t ruin his life.Posted in: High school student arrested for stabbing father in Chiba

They are all wealthy to begin with. Once this is forgotten (in a few weeks) the money will sneak back in another way. Typical. And if they don`t do what they should be doing they should be fired immediately.

JHansen,
The US. Well it`s not a true democracy but the people have said time and time again they are not in favour of it.

Take a national vote for the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. If the people vote to get out then get out. That`s Democracy. Get better or worse would be irrelevant.

If you like teaching, go for it. People would just rather slag off the English conversation teacher instead of the currupt banker. The teaching job is more important too.

cleo,
Oh ya blame the fathers eh? Lots of fathers stuck in the back of a foreign land with absolutely no support too. The custody rights are silly. If you don`t think so, I wonder why.
