Don't just tell people to where a dome. Educate them. In my town these free testing places are only twice a month for two hours each time. Make the tests more available.

Cleo, I disagree. If my child kidnapped my grandchild simply because they knew they cud get away with it and the other parent was a good parent I wud tell them that it is immoral and the legal ramifacations would be serious.
