No signal? No battery charge? Not working after accident? Disappeared after accident? Left at home by mistake?
Yeah, I'm really sure the old guy had it with him and didn't think to use it.....
Well then...save that cell phone use for the city. If anything a cell phone should be an essential item to carry out in the boondocks. Don`t need one in the city where there are countless payphones.

Yabits and Smithjapan,
Ron Paul wants more freedom, to cut corruption, to stop the military industrial complex, to create real money through production, to get the private sector to create more jobs, to can the powerful agencies etc etc. Ya he's a loser eh?
Once again people not caring about their country enough will give it up inch by inch because they want to be babysat. Big governments fail. Plenty of facts but everyone drops their head like cowards. The needs to cut loose from the brainwashing.

Kentaro75,
True. But if they are operating in another country these fraudulent acts do raise concerns. I also wonder why these execs just get fined all the time like the bigboys in the US. They should get jail time. You and I would if we did something corrupt.

People are losing their jobs left right and centre, inflation is whack, global tension, airlines are charging countless fees, taxes, service problems and on and on...Of course tourism is down. don
t need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out. Just hanging out with my wife and child and taking off to a place a few hours away in Japan for a few days and relaxing with some good food is all Im interested in at the moment. Can`t be bothered with all the airport nonsense too, security, waiting etc. I think people are just becoming fed up.Posted in: Australian tourism industry 'in crisis'

7777777,
Not really. Because you wouldn
t be paying into a Fed tax system that would cover such things. If theres going to a any kind of minimal social welfare it should be done at the municipal level. That way the community can have have direct say. At the moment, you have absolutely no say when it comes to Fed govt programs. They dont dont care what you say. At a municipal level the spending can also be controlled. The problems dont exist now because our taxes are too low its because spending is out of control. Too much corruption. Private business should be creating jobs not govt. Give tax breaks to those businesses that are producing something under the condition that they hire people. People just need to stop giving up their country to tyrants who are robbing them blind.Posted in: Japan sees record number of welfare recipients

People are too dependent on the government. Why does everyone need them to babysit you? Gov'ts shouldn't be in the business to make jobs. Fed gov't is too big and inefficient.

The taxes are too high because the people want their federal government to run their lives. Everyone knows about wasted money and corruption but nobody says a word. Of you want your country back change the system and develop a true market. They just gave TEPCO 900 billion of your money. Same thing in North America and Europe. Lawmakers are as thick as thieves.
