I had to laugh at this 'average price' crap! I haven't seen a single gas station advertising lower than 158yen, and high octane is 168yen on average, with 170yen being the most expensive I saw at a Shell station.

Interesting to note that gasoline manufacturer's/suppliers, netted over 9 billion dollars…
