    Awareness about food safety is growing and more and more people are wary and suspicious about everything cheap, especially when it has been imported and the origin is fuzzy. I'll happily pay double if I am convinced it is safe.

    What is it that sets Texas, the busiest capital punishment state, apart from other states in criminal law, I wonder?
