I am in full support of the Japanese legal system, as I live here and pay taxes here. Japan has capital punishment and should use it on Ichihashi and the animal(s) that murdered the girl and scattered her remains in the mountains.

Does anyone know why NHK keeps showing the victims' names in Katakana and not Kanji when they are Japanese? Do Japanese have to die in Japan to have their names reported in Kanji? Also, the Miyazaki Nichinichi Shinbum also reported the Japanese victims' names in Katakana and not Kanji.
