For those of you making criticisms from afar : The ONE and ONLY airport that can accommodate large jets was closed by the Haitian authorities. The Conning Tower crumbled and there was no one to direct traffic. Transport by road from the Dominican Republic was delayed because of security issues, and no authorization from the Haitian Government

There is NO Negligence if the diet was not as requested. The patient was vomiting, not choking. If the patient aspirated and the jokers did not CODE the patient, then that is the cause of death, not her diet
