Geez...it would have been a cricket score if they hadn't have used the foreign born players against N.Z. If he hadn't of picked foreigners and the score was an ar5ewhipping they would have been complaining that he didn't pick enough.
One way to assist in developing a stronger union in Japan would be hiring more foreign coaches instead of sticking with mostly Japanese coaches in the top leagues. That way they will be getting A class coaching all across the board and not only when they reach the national team level. The japanese coaches can be used as assistants. Some of the japanese coaches have no idea on how to coach the defensive side of rugby.

It doesn't matter what sentence the judge decides for this poor man.....his true sentence will be the horrific self tourture he has to endure deep within himself for the rest of his life everytime he closes his eyes.

How about charging her with negligent too!!!! They were near a bus for crying out loud!!!! What mother with an ounce of commonsense (I know it is few and far between in these parts) would let go of their 1 year olds hand when there is any traffic about let alone a bus?????? I too (as a few posters have mentioned) seen some dimwitted mothers (and fathers) not have the brains to think of what might happen in situations near streets.

So very sad......especially after the past few days reading about the 2 year old in china being ingorned by 19 people who walked on by. Now we have a little baby girl who is dumped by her mother (regardless of the reasons as to why whether they be because of rape, being too young, not wanting the baby)!!! The point of the matter is that little baby was depended on her mother for 9 months as she grew inside her. Once she was born she was dumped and left to fend for herself. Sad sad sad.

This poor little girl was only on this planet for such a short time only to be hit by 2 cars and totally ignored by at least 20 people who turned a blind eye to her pain and suffering. I wish every single one of those people could be put into the same category as the mongrels who ran her over and dealt the same punishment. I hope there is a special place up there in heaven where she can smile and laugh and be surrounded with people who care and never ever feel what she felt again,
Apart from the obvious cause of death how about adding death resulting from a broken heart from watching people walk past and ignore her cries of pain and pleads for help. That is the saddest thing i have seen in a long long time.

Sledging is usually done by the big mouth player who doesn't have enough talent to let his actions do the talking. Watch any truely great player and watch how much sledging they do....zip. Its easy to say that the Kamaishi team/player should be more thick skinned, but how do we know what hardships he suffered during the disaster? Maybe his lost a family member? If you have to resort to such sledging your morals are hanging down around your ar5e. If i were the coach of the Tokyo team i would have taken the player aside and said if you can't compete at a high level without degrading remarks get off this team and if ever you do it again i will throw you off the team.....now enjoy the bench because thats where you'll be for the next month.

I cried when i saw this. My heart literally bleed tears. The poor little child needed help and 20 people walked by. What a sick sick sick society we live in. I hope she recovers fully goes onto a college in another country in the future and becomes a famous person at something far away from that sick society that neglected her in her pain.

For Japan to ever improve in Rugby they need to make changes above the level of the players and coach. Its obvious that there was a falling out after the World Cup because JK had stated that he would have liked to continue on as coach (unless he grabbed the AB position....who knows maybe he has and it hasn't hit the news yet!!) What JK has done in his time as coach of Japan was outstanding. He took a team who thought they were 100 points better than they actually were (due to constant floggings over other asian countries) and had them playing above their level with a belief in themselves against other evenly matched opposition. Don't look at the results of the World Cup to judge his efforts. JK has spelt out all along that Japan need to be playing stronger nations time and time again if they want to compete seriously at the World Cup. Sad to see him go because with him at the coaching helm they were heading in the right direction.....sadly the people above him didn't agree with what really needed to be done.

Wow...reading the last several comments above it seems that people have lost sight of the matter. Would it have been alright if the police molested an adult???? Geez louise like i added earlier...the girl did nothing wrong. Who cares if she was working there or not. Would you rather she be standing on the street corner in a short skirt or perhaps working in a sleazy grope-me club to make money perhaps to pay for her eductaion (who knows what her situation is and why she is working there in the first place!!). Lets get back on topic.....the 2 riot police dopes.
