Because of the evil that is evolution, and its diabolical philosophy of the survival of the fitest, Hitler tried to exterminate the Jews and build a "master race." The actions of Obama yesterday are in effect no different - they lead to the same end. That end on this occasion will lead to the end of the American dream.

Another sad day for America. Obama is showing his true colors. he claims to be a Christian, yet he hastiliy reverses President Bush`s ban on Stem Cell research - which actually condones abortion and uses/abuses the dead bodies of aborted children for scientific "research." No wonder the once great America is currently in the terribly state it is in. It has turned its back on the God it professes to trust in, according to its dollar bills, which are now virtually worthless, just like its morals and ethics. This action by Obama is disgraceful for a professing "Christian." He claims to read the Bible every day, and believe it. He claims to be a Christian, but these actions show that he is lying. He claims that he will "save the world." But he has shown by his actions that he cannot save anything. He, and his country, is morally bankrupt.

Beelzebub - LOL good one. seriously, though, I am beginning to think that the water in Saitama ken is polluted with some mind - blowing chemicals. There seems to be no other news from the lace than this kind of thing, on a regular basis. Cho inaka.

hoserfella Mobile Phone = a telephone designed for use while mobile. Everywhere but in Japan, and especially on trains in Japan, where complete silence is the order of the day. At least when people use their phones on trains (which I have no objection to) they are engaging in human communication, different to the other 99% of mute people around them.

I do not like the people who are obsessed with and addicted to mobile phone useage, though. Its becoming a national disease in this country. Almost like a fetish, and I find it nauseating. The number of Japanese women, especially, who are constantly sprouting a mobile phone from the end of their arms while walking, standing, riding a bicycle, and doing innumerable other daily activities, is sick. They dont look where they are going, they are just glued to the stupid things, and need to get a life. They need to realise there is more to life than gazing at a tiny moblie phone screen for hours of your day.

While it is true that all Japanese women are not airheads, it is also true that quite a number of them are. Just sit on the trains every day and observe the airheads putting on their makeup, and using all these "skin products." Despite the posters advising them to "do it at home" many of them ignore this request and continue with their midless pursuits, even though most people are nauseated by their performances.

Omedetou! I am thrilled that this wonderful movie and these wonderful actors were recognised in this way. Okuribito is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Simply superb, in every way. I was so excited by the news I cried.

"Showing respect for the history and culture of Japan" is fine, so long as you know what you are doing. I was disappointed, but not surprised by the actions of Hillary. As a professing "Christian" and therfore a follower of the One True God, bowing down in front of a shrine dedicated to Japan`s 800 million Shinto "gods" shows that she has no understanding either of the Faith she professes to be a member of, nor indeed any clear understanding of the "history and culture" of Japan. It was State Shinto, represented by Meiji Shrine, which was responsible for the deaths of millions of Japanese and foreign nationals before and during the Second World War. Hillary has obviously not got a clue, and this act does not bode well for her time in office.

Yes, I think we all need to "Alert the dirty dirt" in Japan these days. There is far to much of this perversion going on. I always think it sad to see the numerous signs n public places which warn people to "Beware of Chikan/pervs." A sad relfection on the state of Japanese society. In my countrym there is no need for such signs . .the ordinary people or the police deal effectlively with such people, usually.

Japanese society . . crumbling before our eyes every day. A land where child porn is in abundance, where salarymen get off on buying high school girlsknickers, where salarimen openly read pornographic manga on trains, where groping is commonplace n trains, where men regularly are arrested for stealing womens underwear . . .yes, amazing place, this.

Kabuki cho is yakuza controlled. No sane person goes anywhere near the place. What a sad story - and shameful, too. Social Services, as understood in the rest of the civilised world, are non-existant in this neck of the woods, and this sad story proves it.

Personally, I think that the "American Dream" whatever it was, is finished. The bubble has burst, and even the Great Leader, President Obama, who strangely claimed before his election that he would "save the world" is powerless to halt the rapid economic declne of this once great nation. The moral rot set in years ago, with the legalisation of abortion, and other heinous laws being enacted. This has led to the current crisis. Greed and immorality, the rejection of God`s Standards, have sounded the death knell for the nation which proclaims on the back of its currency "In God Our Trust." The only hope for the American people is to return to the God they claim to trust in. Then, and only then, will things get better. If they dont do this, then as a nation America is doomed.

I am a kind of temporary worker myself, working in a large prestigious university in Tokyo. The contract system sucks, and yes, I feel discrimninated against and I feel that people like these temporary workers are also treated as sub-humans in Japan. Given the social attitudes in Japan, this problem is particularly bad in this country. After all, this is the land of the outcasts, the Burakumin, the Ainu - people who are different, either in looks or class or status, are treated badly in this country. "Human Rights" is a joke here. The current, soon to go LDP Titanic government does nothing for people like these, and nothing for people like me either.

Personally, I think that Aso is a B. The fascination with blood types in this country is amazing. Personally, I couldnt care less what someone`s blood type is, and I dont think it has relevance to our lives. Blood is blood, end of story. Could this be connected in some ways to Japanese xenophobia, and nihonjinron (the origins of the Japanese people theories)? Are they just trying to say that they are different from the peoples of the rest of the world, and unique, because of their blood groups?Whatever. I just think the whole thing is baloney.

Given the fact that, according to opinion polls, something like 70% of Japanese people want nothing to do with foreigners, is it surprising that their efforts to learn English are so pathetic in many cases? Most seem to learn English because they are forced to, and then it is in order to pass university entrance examinations, not for communication. The way English is taught in Japanese schools is atrocious. By the time the kids reach university, they hate the subject, and many have been brainwashed into believing that "Japanese people cant learn 'Ingurishu." The influence of katakana is another major problem. It destroys their ability to pronounce English - its like a kind of poison.

But one of the biggest problems is a social one. Japanese is an ambiguous language in iteself, and Japanese people in general are non-communicative people. Silence is the order of the day. In schools they are told to be silent, and just listen to nboring teachers all day. They are not taught to question anything - just obey. I think that is one of the main reasons why they are so poor at languages in general.

In my area th J Cops drive tiny little Toytown cars, which they hardly fit into. It is quite comical, and nothing like this article suggests.

This is a symbol of the disease called capitalism. Coming at a time when people are becoming unemployed left, right and centre, when daily suicides by people jumping in front of trains is becoming the norm in this city, this hotel comes up with a scheme which is aimed at the super rich elite of Japan, and is like a one finger sign directed at the growing numbers of homeless people in Ueno Park and along the banks of the Ara river. Its just plain SICK.
