Now that I think of it, the animator(s) screwed this one up royally. It's one thing for a character to pick up a book and it happens to be the Quaran, but to have such character do so while ordering the killing of other is actually pretty inflammatory. They should…
A brilliant idea, wonder why they didn't think of this sooner. Conventional first aid kits are a jumble of supplies and hard to figure out what to do in stressful situations.
This is a good idea, banning anything is not good in a 'free' society. Now I find it interesting how people here see fit to dictate how the students should view this shrine, that they should be "taught" other aspects of war, etc. etc. All good and fine, but when's…
What a classless "leader." In international politics it is all about being respectful. Ma darned well knew there was a sizeable Japanese delegate in the audience, and to deliberately omit references to Japan is a slap in the face. Being strong and independent is totally irrelevant to a leader of…
I get a little over 1000 a month G.I. bill for school full time, that's along with working full time. Obviously this bill is meant to cover only junior colleges, because the state/private colleges I go to are nowhere near as cheap as 1000 dollars. Heck, that doesn't even cover…
Funny, people seem to always automatically criticize Japan for these alleged human rights violations, citing the usual litany of death penalty, "barbaric" prison conditions, protection from discrimination, etc. etc., and drum roll please....DEBITO. Yet these same allegations are true for about all the other nations on the "Human Rights" council.…
I concur with Shumatsu. Japan is certainly as deserving or more deserving than some of the same nations on this council. Isolated incidents of violations are hardly representative of the whole.

Yet another U.S. airstrike, more kids/civilians killed. This is beyond comical, it's downright sickening. Get the troops out of there.
