He would have hardly been drunk with that low alcohol blood count. That fact that the old lady was cruising on the highway in her wheelchair at 10:40pm got her killed. Wheelchairs do not have tail lights and by the time this guy would have been close enough to see something on the road, It would have been too late. Still the law in Japan states that you cannot drink nothing so he should have not been driving but I still cannot help but feel sorry for him.

Palin destroyed McCain. She is awful. She would be more suited as a TV shopping host than President of the USA.

Northlondon is right. I think Uehara holds a grudge against Giants management for ruining his path to the Majors. Uehara should move to Hanshin Tigers immediately and then devastate the Giants batting line ups next season. I think the Majors are a bridge to far now. Uehara can thank Hara and crew for that. He can thank them by crushing.

exactly. My son is 3 now and we are telling home constantly never to talk with strangers and to run and scream if someone tries to touch him. Its not a nice thing to do to take away your child innocence and to install fear into them but the potential alternatives are much worse to contemplate.

The most successful thing that Bush will ever do is to help a smooth transfer of power but I believe that to be well beyond his meager capabilities. I cannot wait for Obama to Veto a few things.

Timeon got it right. Intimidation. If they wanted the cash they would have taken it. What they want is the cash every week for the rest of the parlors time.
