actually anyone can dress anyway they want. and they can prefer to love whatever gender they want too. stuff like this.....is not and should not be considered a problem in Japan. There are tons of actually problems in Japan, this stuff is not one of them.

when i flew into italy a few years ago......i didn't even fill out any cards....or anything.....they just stamped the passport.........i found it a bit disconcerting.........fingerprinting or whatever at least gives you the illusion of safety
