The Russians think it was a suicide bomber.

What I heard is that the suicide bombing is just what they think is the most likely of the various possible scenarios, but they are not certain.

Usually, when evidence points in one direction, they mention the evidence.

    atamant,

but if you look at the leaked documents, you see that Abbas compromised soo much, and Israel still refused.

After having so much stolen from it, Palestine should not settle for a few symbolic crumbs; especially now that the world's public opinion seems to go in Palestine's favor. Palestine should get everything that is legally theirs and be compensated for what it lost. The Israelis MUST give up what is not theirs.

    atamant,

Actually, compromise is something the Israelis should start considering. More and more countries are coming out to officially recognize an independent Palestinian state with the pre-1967 borders. If the Israelis do not move back to the pre-1967 borders quick, they risk losing everything.

These revelations confirm what I have been saying for years, that Abbas is a traitor.

Israel rejects a mass resettlement, saying it would spell the end of the country as a Jewish state.

That is the Israelis' fault. They got greedy and stole too much land, expelling its people, now they MUST take them back. Why does the world tolerate this, a group of people making a large piece of land racially pure by expelling its inhabitants.

it was indeed suicide bomber. Russia 24 is a news channel, and there are news every hour with updates

So what do they base that claim on?

This AP article also claims it, but offer no evidence.

I'm from Moscow myself, and this attack makes me want to kill those bastards who did it.

But who? They still do not know who is behind the attack. It appears they don't even know whether its a suicide bomber. This AP article says so, but they don't mention what its based on. Other news sources just mention that its the most probable scenario, but no solid evidence.

This attack could very well be in retaliation for Russia's recent decision to keep that gangster in prison; maybe Berezovsky is behind this attack.

    WilliB,

How many wrong statements can YOU squeeze into a paragraph? Many, it seems.

I revised your comment, with corrections.

Iran signed the NPT and has since followed its rules, Iran even accepted additional stricter standards. Iran has been hit with harsh sanctions and was not allowed to take advantage of the benefits of the NPT (Other NPT members are required to help fellow members); yet Iran has always followed the basic NPT rules.

Iran announced its new facilities long before it was required to.

Israel never signed the NPT so it is not entitled to any aid from the US according to US law. ALL American aid to Israel is illegal.

And difference between Israel, which is constantly showing great hostility towards its neighbours and allies, and has been wiping Palestine off the map for the past 60+ years, Iran has not attacked anyone in centuries.

Israeli officials now talk of a three-year window—until 2014—before Iran can make a bomb.

Why is there no mention in this article that Israel did not even join the NPT and secretly built hundreds of nuclear weapons, yet no sanctions. But Iran get lots of sanctions because some people say that they could potentially one day in the future build some, but there is no evidence they are planning to do so.

    Something is not right.

A bunch of ridiculous hyperbole, I see,...

Fact: the Bush and Blair regimes both lied to get the war started.

Fact: Iraq and and Afghanistan were destroyed; that is why they are now busy rebuilding.

Fact: the death toll in Iraq and Afghanistan certainly adds up to at least 1 million. I suspect much more.

Fact: thousands of US troops, who were sent there because of these lies, were killed, and many more have been badly injured.

... to make it easier to insert your usual anti-semitic conspiracy bunk.

A bit paranoid, I see. Seems you see anti-semitism everywhere.

With their lies, the Blair and Bush regimes destroyed two countries and killed millions, including their own.

And now he has the gall to urge "Western leaders to confront a growing threat posed by Iran." Those threats wouldn't be based on the same type of lies from the same liars, would it?

Then you have to hand it to Israel. They successfully assassinated Hariri, got the world to blame Syria, and got Syrian troops removed from Lebanon. You must be in awe of the Jews sometimes.

Indeed, I agree that Israelis have a great ability to deceive; but Awe is not what I feel.

And notice how they were able to get the Syrian troops out in time for their big invasion.

Hezbollah, which is a state sponsored (terrorist) group

Indeed the governments of US, UK, Egypt, Australia, and Canada classify Hezbollah as a terrorist organization, in whole or in part. The EU does not. Most of the world does not.

    AdamB,

You should not believe everything you hear/read in the controlled media. Whenever Israel attacks someone, they always blame the other side. Unfortunately, the MSM usually goes along with it.

    Also consider when/why Hezbollah originated.

    mike,

Indeed, Hezbollah do have weapons. It seems only Hezbollah is willing to defend Lebanese civilians when Israel comes barging in. We saw this a few decades ago and couple of years ago, while Lebanon's military stood by while thousands of its civilians were being murdered by the American-backed Israelis. Having a strong Hezbollah is a good thing for Lebanon.

And what more credible source could there be than an internationally recognized terrorist group like Hezbollah.

Indeed, recognized as a terrorist organization by western leaders, who do not have much credibility themselves. I tend to believe them over the other side, who have been proven so many times to have lied.

Anyway, you can try to criticize the source, but the evidence itself looks quite solid.

There were Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews. The UN gave the best part of Palestine to the European Jews.
