Also, regarding the wikileaks, a senior Israeli government official said "We come out looking very good", according to an article in The Telegraph. So we know that something is definitely fishy with these wikileaks.

Its just that he happened to say something I had suspected, which is something that we have seen so many times. US agents "leak" something that is then reported, and then they use those reports to shape their policies. It happened in Iraq (1991 and 2003) and elsewhere. Ahmadinejad could be wrong, but in this case, I doubt it.
Yeah, but funny how many of those conspiracies turn out to be true. But hey, if you chose to continue to believe the US government and their MSM despite their constant lies, go ahead.

Iran's President has questioned the recent leaked documents obtained and published by the Wikileaks website, saying the US administration "released" material intentionally.
In response to a question by Press TV on Monday over the whistleblower website's "leaks," President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said "let me first correct you. The material was not leaked, but rather released in an organized way."
"The US administration released them and based on them they pass judgment …. [The documents] have no legal value and will not have the political effect they seek," the Iranian chief executive added at the press briefing in Tehran.
Ahmadinejad stressed that the Wikileaks "game" is "not worth commenting upon and that no one would waste their time reviewing them."
"The countries in the region are like friends and brothers and these acts of mischief will not affect their relations," he added.

We don't know that. There is yet no evidence they are pursuing nuclear weapons. Their nuclear program could very well be only for energy and manufacturing medical isotopes. We should not listen to those who have been caught lying countless times (remember Iraq and their "yellow cake"?).
Sickening that some are happy about the murder of a brilliant scientist, when their is no evidence his work was in any way related to weapons.

Some things are indeed so predictable. Israel has been caught so many times doing things like this.

Indeed, this act of international terror is so typical of Israel.

Or it could be that one that has a very long history of doing this type of thing, and who has been on an aggressive anti-Iran campaign.

Any group that goes on to murder thousands of innocent civilians and ignoring international law and principles of common human decency for six decades deserves to be greatly disliked. Just look at the recent carnages in Lebanon and Gaza. Look at the conditions of the people in Gaza, still under a crippling blockade.
There is nothing strange about demanding that Israel returns to its pre-1967 border. Practically the entire world feels this way, and the International Court of Justice stated this very clearly, as did numerous UN resolutions.
Even UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said: "The whole world is demanding that Israel withdraw [from occupied Palestinian territories]. I don't think the whole world ... can be wrong."
Today, an informed world population widely accepts that the Earth is round just as they widely accept that Israel must get out of the Occupied Palestinian Territories. A few who get all their information from the controlled media seem to think otherwise.

Indeed, there are more user IDs on this thread in support of Israel. But that does not reflect world opinion. The fact is that members of the UN general assembly are overwhelmingly against Israel in this conflict, and it is not just the Arab countries.

Do you really believe that?

All along, there has been one side that showed no willingness, the Israeli side. Everyone has agreed to peace with Israel if they return to the pre-1967 borders (the only land they are in any way entitled to). Israel has stubbornly held on to the Occupied Palestinian Territories has never stopped expanding. The solution is really so clear, unless you are blinded by the controlled media (no, not Israeli-controlled).

Nope, I am referring to some UNSC resolutions as well as a yearly general assembly resolution signed by almost all nations, not just the Arab ones. The ones against these annual resolutions telling Israel to leave the Occupied Palestinian Territories are Israel, US, and a few tiny Pacific islands.
You see, Israel is clearly 100% in the wrong here, and there is no way anyone can possibly spin this into anything credible, although several (at least several user IDs) seem to give it a try on this forum.
It isn't. Those supporting Israel are a tiny minority in the world.

Are you saying the Arabs control the MSM and the MIC? Oh come on, at least make an effort to write something believable.
Anyway, the few remaining people who say that the Israelis have any right to east Jerusalem are either zionist agents or are blinded by the controlled MSM.

Again, it is not just my musings that I am writing.

There is something wrong if that is all they say. If I kick you out of your home and prevent you from returning; indeed someone might say that both sabiwabi and thetruthhurts claim the house. But a good reporter, or even a half decent one, would look into the matter and report that according to the law and the documents, the house belongs to thetruthhurts and that sabiwabi should vacate it immediately.
The Occupied Palestinian Territories belong to the Palestinians according to international law and entire world, but AP never mentions this, they only say that the Palestinians claim it.

Another AP report that gives some legitimacy to this illegal occupation. It is not only the Palestinians that consider these "settlements" to be illegal; the entire world and the International Court of Justice say so.
A few years ago, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said: "The whole world is demanding that Israel withdraw [from occupied Palestinian territories]. I don't think the whole world ... can be wrong."

These new "security measures" have nothing to do with security, they are just messing around with peoples' minds. Land of the free my @ss.
And meanwhile, Michael Chertoff is laughing all the way to the bank; he now works for one of the companies that provides this stuff, the X-ray machines I believe.
