Don't forget story from Brian Hedge who told the story about 74-year-old tourist who get arrested only because possessing a knife that exceeded 1 cm more than permitted by the new law. All that 74-year-old want is only to get to Kinokuniya safely then he asked to the J-cop about Kinokuniya location. The next thing happened he had to spend nine days' in lockup
So if you went to Shinjuku area you should consider who you would ask if you get lost.

I think this is the real case where anti-stalking law should be enforced. Last year a judge in Yamanashi get arrested because sending lot of e-mails to a girl. For that case the only crime he committed is he doesn't know how to approach girl in a proper manner, poor guy he should hang out more when he was in school.

Same thing happens for other items for instance Microsoft Office, ad campaign in Japan could be very costly not mentioning if the company failed in market. I won't be surprised if Billy didn't get that much despite the successful marketing.
