Everyone who lives in Japan has thing/things to complain about this country....unless you are the most boring men/women on earth who's oblivious to the surroundings.

I think bobbafett is right about his opinion, though perhaps he presented it in a too straight forward way. But again this is a discussion board and he's entitled to his opinion.

This society is way way backward in mental health care. The man could have been saved if he's not too proud to get help.

Why should anyone care if he spent a Million Yen per night. It's his money!...he earned it, the hard way too.

yea..and she left behind a man who will lose his driving licence, his job, and be put in jail. And what will happened to his family?

Miyuki met her future husband, Yukio Hatoyama, in San Francisco, California, while Yukio was a student at Stanford University.[3] Miyuki and Yukio married in 1975, after Miyuki divorced her previous husband,[3] a restaurateur.[7] The couple has one son, Kiichiro, who is currently an engineering researcher studying in Russia.[1]

Checked out wiki about her...that's colourful?...:)

As for japanese women having particuarly nice skin, yes there are some that do and some that dont, they definitely seem to age better than a lot of other nationalities.

dbung10: obviously you haven't been around...women in many other countries not only age better than the J women, but also age more gracefully than the J oba sans....

Tokyo has argued that signing the convention may not protect Japanese women and their children from abusive foreign husbands, but Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada recently said officials were reviewing the matter.

when J-women divorced the foreign husband it means only because he's abusive? If otherwise (as in case of infidelity etc), they would tolerate the husbands?

and when Foreign Minister said officials were reviewing the matter...will it take another 20 years for Japan to sign the Convention?

I'm one person who pay lots of attention to my own beauty. I think the above news is meant for good health not good skin. Good skin takes more effort than just that.
