Honestly, this is not the sort of news I look forward to, after a lovely weekend. The woman is only 51 years old. There're still many part-time jobs available if she's willing to do anything to support herself. (My office had so much troubles looking for J women to do cleaning work & stuff and had to resort to 'import' workers. It seems to me that this woman didn't make enough effort for her own survival, that's why she even killed her babies and herself. It's really a sad way of life. The babies deserved to live...RIP.

Men come at any age. Why can't she just move on with her life rather than getting herself arrested...silly woman..

When one has the money, living in the Palace, nothing else to do, one certainly could have a private tutor for any sort of education. I think that applies to Michiko. She seems to be so knowlegeable and able to talk about every topic on earth. Someone I know of, a Premium Imperial winner told me so too....:)

A 58-year old woman harasssing a 13-year old boy...unbelievable. I understand she's very upset for all the troubles she went through in relocation and stuff, but harassing the boy is unbelievable. Good job young man for reporting the matter to the Police....let her get her share of greed and jealousy....

Realist: Let’s be practical. The story is about a mother and daughter aged 20. It’s really a big joke having a 59 year old grandma for the mother’s role……and as for Meryl Streep looks young..hmm..I don’t think so. I felt kimochi warui watching her dancing and pretending to be young…My mother is 59 she herself agreed with me.

I think Meryl Streep is too old to play the role of Donna, Sophie's Mother. I've watched Mamma Mia musicals in San Francisco, and 'Donna' was a much younger woman.....:)

My J colleagues guessed I'm blood type O. But I'm blood type B. Am I not portaying them the B type of personality or is it that the whole blood type issue doesn't apply to me because I'm a gaijin?.....:)

I know my company will not go bankrupt. And they are still paying me well. But, I save every penny I could. Mostly overseas accounts. At the same time, I stinge on every expenses I have in Tokyo. Luckily I'm a woman, and an attractive woman too..so I get a lot of lunch/dinner dates....:)
So, if my company goes bankrupt ..(touch wood!)..I'll use my savings and go back to school for a bit till the economy turns around and get another job.
