Tragic Story . Maj Hassan's spiritual advisor has been killed in Yemen. This is a reuters report:
"A Yemeni air raid may have killed the top two leaders of al Qaeda’s regional branch on Thursday, and an American Muslim preacher linked to the man who shot dead 13 people at a U.S. army base may also have died, a Yemeni security official said."
Looks like it will be even harder for him to pray, and find his faith.

And now that health care reform is out of the way, (but wont actually kick in til 2014 - brilliant strategy!) , and the imminent collapse of our economy, which Barack so often warned our "ignorant populace , who can be led like sheep" (great description) about has been forestalled, its time to move on to the next crisis: the environment. Cap and trade, people. As ex vice president Gore has said the very existence of mankind is at stake here. Time for debate? Time for debate is OVER!

As a progressive I cant completely disagree with the opinion that even though we in America voted for Barack's plan of wealth redistribution (by force, if necessary) we have a looong ways to go until we achieve the kind of equity and social justice Castro brought to citizens of once-impoverished and oppressed Cuba.

I like how brave, brave Senator Reid and the president completely bucked the US Constitution, (which Barack has described as "a charter of negative liberties") and Senate laws, and made parts of legislation in their their health care bill unrepealable.
When questioned about it by arch-winger Demint , the Senate adjourned! Haha hahaha , stupid wingers. I almost feel sorry for them.

I am so proud of my party! Democrats voted down the stupid bit of wingerosity called "the DeMint Amendment",53-46. Supposedly, the amendment would have prohibited the practice of trading votes for "pork and pet projects" as wingers like to call the special incentives Harry Reid offered senate holdouts.I guess no one told Demint that Americans voted for wealth redistribution, by force if necessary, and the Democrats are going to deliver.
