@ Dennis - I can tell you his reasoning..."Dayum, that's a sweet-looking camera. There's nobody here. No way anybody will know I took it. Oops, forgot about the CCTV cameras. I am so sorry, can I go home now?" That's it in a nutshell.

Why is there such a stigma about those seats? "Priority" does not mean "Don't use unless you fit one of these categories". They're intended for use by anyone. But they should be given to somebody with a greater need if you get there first. I've seen so many who chose to stand after looking at the empty priority seats. I'll sit there, no problem, but give up my seat if necessary.

What next, the "Not interested in politics" idol group? Or the "Took a walk recently" idol group? Or perhaps the "I prefer atakai udon" idol group?

How about just saying "no problem" instead of murdering. Then you could go on with your life dumb@ss.

That's cold blooded murder. Normally a polite bow and apology would have been enough to smooth things out. Hope he gets the max penalty from a judge who hates ramen.

I never witnessed a "groping", but there was one perverted incident I saw on the Sagami Line. I was sitting in the end seat, and a High School girl was sitting next to me (no Gaijin perimeter this time). There were no other people sitting near us, but there was an overweight otaku standing a few seats away. I fell asleep, and when I woke up, the guy was standing in front of the HS girl who was next to me (he had moved deliberately for no other reason). She had fallen asleep leaning forward, and her head was conveniently being supported by the man's crotch. He tried to act all innocent and would not look as I stared (for a second). So I bumped the girl with my elbow, and she woke up and moved.

I'm glad he got to come home. But, we all know if it was a regular Joe like me who did that, I'd be in jail a long time. Felony Grand Theft, pay a $1,000 fine and get off Scott free, pretty good deal I'd say. Let's see what happens after he returns.

I'll bet dollars to donuts (pun intended), that nothing will happen to him, and maybe even the JR employees will apologize for the trouble.

Why can't they just say they were found dead? I don't need a license or medical degree to be able to tell if somebody's dead.

@ Papi- Exactly what happened. If you saw the news coverage, it was quite obvious. Normal speed inside a parking garage is maybe 10km/h or so. Their car went right through the wall and landed a good ways from the building. So, its not like they poked through and slipped over the edge.
