@ bootht - I agree 100%. A few years ago, I left my Louis Vuitton wallet (Cash, credit cards, ID) AND my cell phone, next to the sink in a public restroom here in Japan. When I realized almost an hour later and went back, they were still there!

I bet he had no warning, and she came up behind him while he was sitting watching TV or while he was sleeping. It wouldn't take long to make somebody pass out, especially if they hesitate, realizing it was his mother doing it.

If we look at the survey numbers, this whole article is a waste of time. #1 - movie date...9.6% of the 249 participants is only 24 people, so about 225 people have no problem with going to the movies. #2 - amusement park date...4.4% of the 249 participants is only 11 people, so about 238 people had no problem with going to an amusement park. Then the article stops quoting percentages, maybe because they realized how worthless the information was.

I'd turn it in and do all the paperwork. If nobody claims it within the required time limit (not sure, maybe 3 or 6 months?), it's mine. If somebody does claim it, I can still claim a percent as a finder's fee. I'd hate to think I kept some pensioner's life savings.

Funny, there's no mention of the "Drag me to a cheap love motel" date. I guess that would be okay then. Also not mentioned are the "Take me shopping at Louis Vuitton" date, or the "Get approved credit for this expensive jewelry" date.

In Iran, when somebody is hanged it's not the quick drop/snap kind. They put a noose around the neck and slowly raise it using a crane. So the victims kicks and struggles for a while before they die.
