  More importantly, parents should secure the infants who are riding in the strollers. I watched a "father" dump his newborn from the inside of the bus to the pavement below, because the baby was not secured as he attempted to exit from the front of the bus.

  What if she did it to herself to get sympathy or attention? There have been stories here where it was later discovered that's what happened. Besides, the alleged attacker was only 5 ft tall, wouldn't somebody that small shy away from violence for fear of getting hurt?

  I didn't say it was all her fault. Certainly, as the adult, he bears a greater portion of the responsibility. I do not condone pedophilia, and she is still a child. But innocent she is not.
