According to wikipedia, the virus is "transmitted by faecally contaminated food or water"(cut and pasted from their website). In other words, human feces got into the food at that very expensive hotel. Is that bad luck for the bride and groom?

LoveUSA-so was it ok for the father to torture his kid for so long? Of course I wouldn't really do that to him even if I had the chance. The statement was made only to emphasize the cruelty of what happened. Judgement of the father should be left to God. "Vengence is mine, I will repay sayeth the Lord".

When I visited the Arizona Memorial in 1995, some of the Japanese tourists were laughing inside the memorial. I can't say for sure what they were laughing at, but poor taste nonetheless. I sure wouldn't laugh at Hiroshima or Nagasaki.

I spoke to some family counselors. They told me that family abuse cases are actually about 60% women victims and 40% men victims. Not much is heard about men victims though, because it's embarrassing.

If she used a golf club to break the rear window to get him out, what the hell was she doing in the street with a golf club at 2:30 in the am (besides chasing him with it)? If I was in my house and heard an accident, I wouldn't think of grabbing a golf club before running outside. It's not because she feared for her safety, especially in a gated community with security. Anyway, if his wife is so violent, who could blame him for looking elsewhere?

It seems to have been a domestic dispute after all. This happened two days after a story about an alleged affair was released. Seems a known gold-digging woman, whom he was rumored to be having a affair with, just happened to be staying in the same hotels Tiger was staying in.
Look for this story to quietly die away, and for their pending divorce announcement. Having assault charges pending against her will likely decrease her divorce settlement.

It may be one of two things - either he was drunk and there's a cover-up because he's a celebrity, or he had a fight with his wife and left the house in an emotional state.
Why else would somebody hit a tree AND a fire hydrant (this story forgot to mention)at 2:30 in the morning?

For the "insanity" plea to work, the defendant must not have been able to tell right from wrong at the time of the crime. That's gonna be a tough sell since the guy was an Army officer and a psychologist.

The legal system is the least of their worries...

Even if they get the death penalty, it won't be over for them...ever.

I believe in a woman's right to choose - they can choose to have unprotected sex or not (rape/incest cause only a small fraction of pregnancies). Is your child inconvenient? Should have taken precautions. Because getting aborted is sure as hell inconvenient for the unborn.
