North Korea says the same thing every year, and has been doing it since I can remember. I've even participated in these "preparations for an attack" in 1981 and 1992, and they still haven't done any "powerful" retaliating. It's more like this...You are on a long drive with your kids in the back seat, when one of them whines "Mom!, Billy won't stop touching meeeee!"

Police Lt., so all that will happen is he will have to pay to change the lock on the door, since the only thing that actually happened was he damaged the lock. Expect this story to disappear after a suspended sentence. Just don't go trying to break into peoples' apartments any time soon.

What's the point of pursuing charges of negligence resulting in death? It will only bring a suspended sentence anyway. The judge will say" but the staff was over worked, and the woman was old anyway. And besides that, nobody forced her to eat, etc etc.

likeitis - the girl was 14, that makes him a pedophile even if the (still legally a) child looks and acts like a prostitute. Police in the States often use girls posing as 14 in their "sting" operations against pedophiles.
