She'll get a suspended sentence no matter what, with her age and the sympathy factor she introduced by claiming abuse. Doesn't matter if it's premeditated or not. A Japanese judge would never put her away.

"Bullying"? In LA we called that gang violence. I guess "bullying" sounds more acceptable in Japan. "Hey, this is not a gang attack, we're just gonna bully you".

I've only seen this young man a few times on TV. I can't get over the fact that this "Will-Smith-looking" man is singing Enka. He seems very good at it, it's just that I expected to see a typical Japanese person before I looked at the TV the first time I heard him. Good luck to him.

But who's more STUPID, the criminal or the bank employees who didn't call the police while the guy was waiting in line with a mask on? Or maybe he was in the express line marked for stupid robbers with toy guns.

Does the "Don't ask, don't tell" attitude apply to "intel gathering practices" too? Obama told his intelligence chiefs he "expects the Geneva Conventions to be honored". That's just a statement, not a directive. It could be interpreted as "Don't let me find out how you do it, and I won't directly ask you as long as its good for our country".

LIBERTAS-Lets explain this in a way you can understand...if kids came to your house every day and threw rocks through the windows, wouldn't you want the police to go to their house and make them stop? That's what Israel is doing with Hamas.

He left with a woman, and now he is clean-shaven and staying at an apartment. Sounds like she was his motivation. But, he still has to leave in March unless he marries a Japanese resident or citizen, or gets a work visa.
