Doesn't this sound a lot like the story (reported in JT last August 5th) where a girl was in her garden and a stranger who was walking by, picked up a saw, and scratched her with it.

North Korea says the same thing every year, and has been doing it since I can remember. I've even participated in these "preparations for an attack" in 1981 and 1992, and they still haven't done any "powerful" retaliating. It's more like this...You are on a long drive with your kids…

Actually, from the description in the article, they were cartridges. A bullet is the part of the cartridge that leaves the rifle once it has been fired.
