We should apply the standard Japanese solutions to the increasing rate of crimes by the elderly...fingerprint them, put surveillance cameras where they congregate, and put a curfew on anyone over 65. What does this article mean that "US personnel" are restricted from certain activities? The military has no jurisdiction over US personnel. Poorly written article. What are the "slew of incidents" they are referring to? Sounds like a bunch of hype to me. Back to US bashing and bigotry!

The boat was from the Urasoe Ginowan Fisherman's Association. The boat, Kohei Maru, was involved in commercial spearfishing at the time of the accident. Authorities have not yet determined who is at fault.
