Someone mentioned a psych test for recruits??? All applicants would fail because you have to be a little bent to wanna be a cop in the first place...Maybe if they take some of these college grads with no job prospects, and make them be cops, we will have a better pool of candidates...

Most of these guys have security clearances that don't expire, have worked with the CIA on active duty, and are still subject to recall...looks to me like the recall was done via their employer, so where is the problem???
