I would like to know their motive behind this party crash. As for prosecuting them, that's what people do to other people who embarrass them. Now the US court should order an injuction against the Japanese government until the arrest warrant is honored by Noriko's extradition to the US for prosecution. Freeze some of Japan's assets in the US, and I bet she will be on a plane to the US in no time...
