People do what they do, not necessarily out of love for what they do, but to survive. English teaching in Japan is no different. Many English teachers only have the ability to speak English as their sole qualification. There are actually software programs now that do a better job of actually teaching languages than do most teachers. Those with a true desire to learn will find a way with or without a teacher.

Most of these bulbs will last about 20 years with normal household usage, so you save money by not having to replace the bulbs for a longer period of time, and power consumption is only a fraction of regular bulbs, so they will pay for themselves very quickly...Problem is that they may not provide any UV light, which can promote mold growth, and be a contributing factor to people prone to winter depression. Make sure you get full spectrum LED's...

Japan has saved a fortune by not having to support a full fledged military program,,,thanks to the US. People like to sensationalize the (small) crime rate of the US Military, but if Japan were in danger, it would be those same young men and women who would be bleeding and dying to protect the Japanese way of life...

The word "Allah" is an outcrop of the Hebrew word "El Yah", which means "The God" signifying only one true God. It is very possible that since the pig heads were wrapped in plastic, that muslims placed them under the mosques. They didn't have to touch the pig head, and they knew what the results would be.
