kdt3272, i was merely stating that it's natural for someone to stare if they see a naked person of the opposite sex, no? do you completely disagree. i made no reference to my own junk.

what was the point of your post? to insult my homophobia? if you read my post again, i have no ill feelings toward gays, i have friends who are gay and close relatives as well. i come from the philippines, a country where gays are very well received and unalienated from society, unlike some 'advanced' countries, namely the one in this article.

please, kdt, have a little more class when attempting to insult someone, or at least try to.

is the heavy republican opposition to allowing gays to openly serve just their way of saying that they want to save the gay people from getting killed in battle overseas? very noble of them. "send our straight sons and daughters into harm's way but save our gays, or at least the ones that say they are gay."

im not anti gay myself but I AM opposed to using the same toilet and shower facilities as gays because wouldnt they be staring at other guys junk? i know if i was allowed to shower with the opposite sex I'd be staring something fierce.

if we all go back and remember the reason why the US went to war in iraq, it was because there was "evidence" that there were WMDs there. Also some may argue that Saddam was a dictator that killed tens of thousands of people, if not more. So the US attacked and decimated the country back to the stone ages.

here we have North Korea, a country which is killing its people by starving them of basic needs like food and fuel. Poverty and malnutrition are rampant. And add on top of that, there is no beating around the bush when it comes to the proliferation of their nuclear weapons program. They're practically waving it in the face of the world, saying 'Look at me! Look what we've done!' Don't mess with us!' There is no sugar coating when it comes to what they've accomplished with their WMDs.

So why is it that even after one of the US's biggest allies in Asia is attacked, repeatedly, with the sinking of the Cheonan, and then the bombing of Yeongpyeong, nothing is done? And when North Korea decides to float a missile over Honshu, the main island of the US's other strong ally, Japan, there are no retaliatory actions nor are there any consequences?

what was this meeting supposed to accomplish? seems like not a heck of a lot. 'We stand united.' well so f n what?

and btw, it says there were 3 at the meeting, why is it that only maehara (halfwit) and clinton are shown in the pic?

oh no, look out. the americans have branded him a terrorist. any one or any organization that decides to have any link to him will be actively hunted, pursued and bombed or taken over by the states. the mighty arm(s), no pun intended, have flexed their muscles once again, even though it was one of their own that leaked the cables

america, you have created a fear and paranoia in your people that is surpassed by no other country on earth. the majority of americans still think it necessary to be on their guard because they have been brainwashed into believing that the war on terror is taking place in their own neighborhoods. what a country. if you have the choice, dont even fly through it. avoid it altogether.

pros, service in general is faster and more pleasant than banking back home. the tellers at my bank are cute, too.

cons, ATMs are inconvenient and costly after hours. they are not universal either. i cant use my ATM at other banks, nor is it acceptable at every ATM. ATM cards from here do not work overseas. also, i almost never carried cash when i was back home. it seemed like i could do everything by debit, even at a convenience store. here, bank cards are used exclusively at ATMs.
