If she needs a special room to avoid contracting diseases, she'll need a private classroom as well as her own private teacher. I wonder how many of those who criticize the school's decision would be willing to volunteer to teach her for free?

As with the post above, if she needs a special sanitized room to even sit for the exam, how is she going to be able to attend class with other students? Or does she expect the school to give her one-on-one instruction for all of her classes?

Based on my time in rural Japan, why do I have a strong suspicion "special grants to local governments" will be liberally interpreted to mean "extra booze money for the mayor and his drinking buddies" in more than a few rural locations?
