I guess the Bay Area is not always the bastion of tolerance it's made out to be.
After reading about this both here and on another site, it's oddly interesting to me that, based on the comments, so many people seem to be madder about the lesbian aspect than the actual rape. It's as though they want to punish the criminals for the fact that they taunted her for being a lesbian rather than the brutality of their acts.
Strange.

Once upon a time, I did not understand Japan's fascination with robots. Then someone explained it to me: Japan desperately hopes to plug the gaps created by the low birthrate and aging population with robots rather than having to allow increased immigration.
