"This whole insurance debate would be moot if the costs of medical procedures and medications were less expensive. Contrary to popular belief, the high cost of health care is less about greed on the part of medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies,"
Fair enough, but the root of the debate is over the 10.7 billion dollars doled out to illegal immigrants for free health care ! Many folks here just don't get it, this is all apart of Obama's immigration control strategy. Just how many employers will hire up illegals for a day or two knowing they have to pay their health insurance policy, sorry, it don't work like that. This is all about weeding out illegals, who are now covered because they don't have to announce their immigration status when using American hospitals... Yep, its illegal for health care professionals to ask anyone about their immigration status in a US hospital. I say eliminate that nonsense and watch this debate fizzle out.

Wrong ! Japan has yet to deal with it's domestic spending issues which is killing the opportunity for any real growth. Coupled with extremely overpriced oil prices, I say brace yourself for one wicked October... the DOW around 7,000 is my best guess.

Well, let me see, illegal immigrants have milked the US out of $1.2 billion in Texas, 1.4 billion in California, and some have the US total cost at 10.7 billion for totally free medical care. Throw in the the advanced technology and world class training ? Seems like a no brainer... THE USA !

Great Job Mexico ! I really disapprove of the way the Japanese approach little league baseball, like a job ! The Japanese kids play one sport year around, they practice, drill, and basically take the fun out of the game... I know I been there ! In the meantime other kids around the world are trying to play three sports or more a year. it is unfair that the japanese just play one sport to perfection and then thumb their nose at the competition for not doing the same. Good to see the Japanese eliminated and not rewarded for the behaviour.

Macasskill needs to sit down with every family member and explain why this scumbag al-Megrahi gets more sympathy and compassion then the 270 victims on that plane ! The vast majority were college students hell bent on making the world a better place. They chose to get educated and see the world. al-megrahi chose destruction, mayhem, and terrorism for his life work. And for those of you trying to mae this an anti-American thing... stop ! The Scots are also up in arms and are looking for a way to toss Macaskill out on his "Macass" !
