  Bank of Japan governor Masaaki Shirakawa said Monday the European sovereign debt problem was the biggest risk to the Japanese economy.

  seems Japan is deeply involved in "big win" gambling in Europe like its huge involvement in sub prime mortgage loans, cash-and-carry, Lehman etc...! write off whatever the loss and cut back on gambling.
