I once taught a Japanese guy that made drugs to keep you alive when you had lung cancer. He said his drugs had horrendous side effects...but you stayed a live a couple more months!!
About time they raised the prices.

Its easy everyone: 1. low caffeine 2. no sugary foods 3. no saturated fats 4. low salt >120mg per 100g (www.saltmatters.org) 5. low alcohol
Eat lots of fruit, vegetables, and fish.Exercise at for at least 30 minutes everyday.Swimming and yoga is best. Read lots of books and associate with nice friendly people. Live happy and healthy till 100.
In Japan what amazes me is the very high levels of salt added to all the foods. I have a statistics book for Japan that states hyper tension is a leading killer in Japan. This is largely caused by high salt foods. Basically, if you want to live healthily in Japan you have to cook your own food at home.

I haven't watched TV in japan for um...8 years. Why would I when I can watch anything on earth live streamed on the net. Having said that, Kozure Okami (Lone Wolf and Cub)from the 70's is one of the best TV shows ever made and I highly recommend anyone who is interested in Japan to watch it.

I met a Japanese woman 8 years ago who worked in a Child sexual assault call center. What she told me made my blood run cold. Horrific.

I have a rule in Japan that I only meet women within 5 minutes walking distance of my house. I then don't leave my house until they have arrived at the meeting spot. This way you avoid frustration when they are inevitably late or cancel because their grandmothers dog has a cold. So one day I arranged a date with a beautiful young Japanese woman. I had uncharacteristically invited her to an expensive Italian restaurant. Naturally she was 2 hours late and had already eaten dinner. So i said no problem and took her to the expensive Italian restaurant anyway, sat there, and ate my expensive meal in front of her!!!

I new a black Canadian guy in Osaka who used to invite girls to a cafe named after himself. Of course he then took them straight to his place. On the front door of his apartment he had the words "Name" Cafe. He said 50% of chicks bought into it and knowingly walked straight into his apartment. 50% balked.

I think he smoked too much of the crack he recovered from American Fugitives while working the hood. Is that a photo of him arresting a black guy in a wheelchair?? What a loon. I suggest that if anyone ever comes across this guy anywhere...shoot first.
