Why is there no mention here about the unexploded bomb they are preparing to remove in Chofu on March 18th, which will shut down the Keio line for the day?

I would think this was news. Is there some sort of news blackout? But they announced it on the Keio…

What is amazing is that the passenger seat has passed UNDER the guard rail. If you have ever hit one of these you know that they can slice through tires and steel, so if the passenger ducked under it he or she missed death by inches.
