Suntory Premium = good stuff.
Quasi-beer = Pure Evil. I recently met with some fresh arrivals from the US, who were bemoaning the utter vileness of Japanese beer. It didn't take long to figure out that they hadn't yet even tried Japanese beer. They'd been buying the cheapest stuff looks like beer stuff at the conveni. Ewwww!

Thanks for the "pinkberry" connection chardk1. A look at both sites (and the Wiki page on Pinkberry, is making me wonder if there are some licensing fees being paid. (Right down to the dancy/rappy girly songs.)
"Pinkberry's menu consists of Original, Green Tea and Coffee (introduced in January 2008, for their third-year anniversary) flavored frozen yogurt style desserts, in three sizes:..."
I wonder if "coffee" will be the next Razzleberry flavour.

Nothing on Amazon. And nothing on the JFBA site either.
JT, do your wire service provide any sort of information about how interested parties may get their hands on a copy?
(The JFBA site for "pamphlets, etc.", which includes one DVD, gives a contact number to call: 03-3580-9841)

The DVD version with English subtitle was also released the same day.
Hmmm. No details on how to get hands on copy... Off to Amazon Japan (and failing that, Google...)

The SC marinara is my favorite. So simple but oh, so good. The inaka-fu salad is another reason in itself to drop by.

These days you have to check a box on the "found" form to allow the police to release your personal details to person who claims the item.
I could never imagine someone being tacky enough to tick the box. Now I can.

Grass-grazed increased while grain-fed decreased. Great news! If people feel the need to eat meat, I'm glad to see their increasingly choosing the more ecologically viable natural version.

Hurrah! Now even more of our global meetings will be held in Europe, Asia, and Canada, even though our company is HQ'd in the US. Must suck for the American Hotels.

As cruel as suicide is for the surviving family members and friends, at least this method doesn't endanger passersby, like jumping off a building does. Nor does it cause the disruption and trauma of a dive in front of the train. If these people can somehow figure out how to arrange to be found by prepared professionals... perhaps post a letter to the coroner or a funeral home, just before adding mixing the ingredients?

Thanks, Mod. Note to yongfook: both the "Quote of the Day" and the "Have Your Say" disappear or fail to appear unless the browswer window is maximized. (for IE6 users). Minor concerns at this stage, I'm sure.
It looks like overall posting is back up - people are getting used to the new format as the new format has been getting more user-friendly.

Thanks for fixing the resize issue. Excellent work. (I still have Hiko's disappearing comment box in a smaller window, though).
Have "Quote of the Day" and "Have Your Say" been discontinued?
Moderator: Both of those sections are still there.
